While the constitution established states would be able to determine how they honor the second amendment, the federal government has overstepped their bounds and made numerous revisions to how our second amendment rights would be extended to us.
Simply put, the federal government keeps trying to get in the way of our second amendment rights and as far as they’re concerned the states desires be damned.
Well Arizona is looking to thwart the increase in aggressive anti-gun laws coming out of D.C. In a recent move they’ve decided to create a bill which would essentially thumb its nose at federal requests to perform background checks on private gun sales.
Obama is not going to like this one bit.
