If a private business wants to alienate a large segment of their customer base it’s their prerogative to do so. It’s their right, and their choice to say money from loyal customers.
And it’s likely a North Carolina based grocery store chain might see a significant dip in their sales as they have asked their customers not to bring guns into their store any longer.
Bear in mind North Carolina is one of the most heavily armed states in the nation; so this move could prove quite costly.
