Top Democrat, Sen. Dianne Feinstein – in a radical break from Democratic talking points – confessed that no law could have prevented the violent attack that took place in Las Vegas last week.
During an appearance on CBS News “Face the Nation” last Sunday, Feinstein was asked by host John Dickerson asked: “Could there have been any law passed that would’ve stopped him?”
Feinstein, without any hesitation, responded back, “No, he passed background checks registering for handguns and other weapons on multiple occasions.”
While many of her fellow Democrats are currently pushing for tighter gun control regulations, including stronger background checks, Feinstein sent shockwaves through the political world by strongly taking the opposite view.
