Gun-Control Advocate Argue for 2nd Amendment Rights of MI Grandparents

Democrats in Michigan are trying to force some people to choose between keeping their guns or serving as foster parents for their grandson. William and Jill Johnson made efforts to legally become the foster parents of their grandson. However, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services informed the couple that they needed to choose between keeping their guns or fostering their grandson, but they could not do both.

To the surprise and shock of many, Ada Winkler, a UCLA law professor and adamant gun-control advocate has spoken out in favor of the Johnsons. He contends that the Michigan officials are violating the constitutional rights of older couple by giving them the ultimatum of choosing between their 2nd Amendment rights and their grandson.
