This Thursday, President Trump and his administration revealed their intentions of planning to make the widely popular US-Mexico wall, a solar wall. President Trump mentioned that he is considering equipping the wall with solar panels in order to generate electricity.
When a reporter asked President Trump if was joking about building a solar wall, the president responded, “No, not joking, no. There is a chance that we can do a solar wall. We have major companies looking at that.”
Trump went on to talk about how “there is a very good chance” that a solar wall would be built, and that “there’s no better place for solar than the Mexico border — the southern border.”
