49er Player Who Knelt During Anthem Arrested on Gun Charge & More

The following excerpt is from an article that originally appeared on Keep and Bear

Line backer Rueben Foster was a 1st round draft for the San Francisco 49ers. He participated in the NFL players protest by kneeling during the playing the National Anthem, a protest that originally was against the way law enforcement abused their powers by mistreating black Americans. The protest was supposed to stand up for law and order, but the actions of some of those who protested clearly demonstrate that it was nothing more than a racial gesture for publicity and nothing more.

Such appears to the case with Foster, who was arrested first in Alabama on marijuana charges, has now been arrested and charged with domestic violence and on suspicion of possessing an illegal assault rifle.
